malfunctioning chromecast uncomfortable bed
the location was acceptable, placing me close to amenities.
I encountered several issues . the promised chromecast didn't function, and despite attempts to fix it, i couldn't use it (a real letdown). additionally, the bed felt uncomfortably short. My legs dangled off the edge, disrupting my sleep.

Excellent Location and Attentive Staff

tube station shopping opportunities wide selection consistent upkeep
The location is ideal near the tube station and close to Green Park. Many bars, restaurants and diverse shopping opportunities are nearby. Breakfast was very good I found a wide selection available. The hotel's cleanliness and maintenance were notable I observed consistent upkeep .
Some front desk staff did not greet me upon entry.

central location beautiful decor bland reception lacking hooks
The hotel has a Very central location, near the tube station. The doormen ARE lovely and professional. I found the decor quite beautiful.
The reception area IS uninspiring and bland. My bedroom lacked hooks for coats or a luggage rack. i'm still waiting for the postage for my nightdress, it is four weeks after my stay.

small room bland breakfast
the location was good and near the tube.
My room was quite small. I really don't understand the 'luxury' label (i have stayed in many hotels). i found underwear behind the fridge. breakfast was not good. When i asked for a croissant, i was told there would be a 15-minute wait, so i canceled the order.

convenient location friendly staff comfortable bed small bedroom old tvs bottled water
the location proved convenient there was easy access to shops. the staff were very cute i found them friendly. the room was clean the bed was comfortable.
the bedroom felt small there was no space to put the suitcase on the floor. the tvs seemed old they did not have netflix. there was no bottled water upon arrival no pods were available for the coffee machine.
